This Take Down 10/22 SBR is a complete rifle built on a new Ruger 10/22. These are already registered with the BATF as SBR's and must be transfered to a class 3 dealer. It is illeagal to build a short barreled rifle that is not registered with the BATF. All NFA rules apply.

The heart of this system is our 7.25" stainless steel match grade barrel with Bentz chamber. Threaded 1/2-28. The barrel works hand-in-hand with our quick release, return to zero adaptor. This system is engineered so no tools are needed to remove or re-install the barrel in just seconds, and it will remain sighted in to a receiver mounted optic. The barrel can store inside the compartment in the buttstock.

The stock is a push button latch, side folding assembly. Constructed from injection molded glass filled Nylon, it's very strong while being super lightweight. With the barrel removed, the folded stock/receiver assembly is very compact at about 11" long. Everything can easily fit into any backpack, duffel bag, small RV cabinet, boat, bush plane, daypack, kayak, under a seat, in a spare tire well, etc. The possibilities are endless.
