AGP Arms, Inc. uses FedEx as our primary shipping company even though you may see other shipping company options on our website. All orders are shipped FedEx for delivery within the continental United States, and all packages are insured for retail value. Since our shipments are high value, each package is shipped "ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED" in order to protect ourselves, and you. This is FedEx's policy.Rush delivery is available if you want to pay for it. For items that total less than 13oz (total cart weight), we have an option to ship via USPS First Class for a flat rate of $2.00. You will not receive a tracking number with this USPS option, however you will receive notification when it ships.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Money Orders, and Cashier's Checks. Please make checks out to: AGP Arms, Inc.

ORDER & RETURN POLICY
All sales are final. It is solely up to AGP whether a purchased good falls under the return policy. If you feel the need to return a product to AGP, you will be charged at least a 15% restocking fee. Absolutely no returns after 15 DAYS from original shipping date. You must get an authorized RMA number from AGP before sending the product back for return. All products being returned to AGP must be packaged well, unused, and include all parts that were shipped in the original order. Canceled orders are also subject to a 15% fee. Credits may take up to FIVE business days to post to your statement. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Limited Warranty

AGP Arms, Inc. warrants that its parts and accessories are free from defects in materials and workmanship for use under AGP Arms, Inc. recommended loads, usage, conditions, and competent supervision and maintenance for a period of 30 days (unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer) from date of sale, regardless of when the goods are first used. This warranty does not apply to any goods subjected to any use for which the goods were not designed, or for any defect caused partially or wholly by any negligence, recklessness, or accident after the sale. There are no implied or express warranties which extend beyond the limited warranty.

AGP Arms, Inc. is not responsible for any subsequent damages upon person or persons, or real property, by the use or misuse of our products.

ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, THAT ARE NOT CONTAINED HEREIN, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, ARE DISCLAIMED.

Exclusive Remedy

AGP Arms, Inc. sole and only obligation, indirect or otherwise, to the buyer or any end-user (customer) of our goods is expressly limited to replacement or repair, at the option of AGP Arms, Inc. at its facility of any goods returned to it with all transportation charges to and from AGP prepaid by the customer.

Upon the occurrence of any event which the customer believes obligates AGP Arms, Inc. to repair or replace any goods, the customer must immediately notify AGP Arms, Inc., in writing , so it can perform a warranty determination. After receipt of the parts or components involved, AGP Arms, Inc. will perform a warranty determination to determine if the above warranty applies and notify the customer, in writing, within a reasonable time after the warranty determination has been made.

In no event shall AGP Arms, Inc. be liable for any damages or delays of whatsoever kind caused by strikes, acts of God, accidents, or other events or causes which are unavoidable or beyond AGP's control.
